The New Boulevard (Bulevardi i Ri), also known as Boulevard I Ri or Southern Boulevard, is Tirana's most significant urban development project of the 21st century. Stretching approximately 3 kilometers from the city center toward the southern suburbs, this wide, tree-lined boulevard has become the backbone of Tirana's modern real estate transformation.
